Our Story

In 2021, Ian Ormerod founded Switch2Zero to help businesses turn sustainability ambition into action. He recognised that businesses of all sizes could create meaningful climate impact, drive efficiency, and strengthen reputation – if they had the right tools, insight, and guidance.

At Switch2Zero, sustainability isn’t just what we do – it’s who we are. We lead by example: from day one, every member of our team has been carbon offset, both at work and at home.    

 

While we are preparing to publish our full Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data, you can already explore our public ledger to see the certificates and projects we have invested in – for ourselves and for our members. This transparency is at the heart of how we operate, demonstrating accountability, building trust, and showing that real impact starts with action.
